Rayiha Society started in Kigali in 2024 to give contractors a plant supplier that turns up on the day, with the right machine and an operator who can use it.
The story
Two things had gone missing.
The founders had spent years on the other side of the arrangement, waiting for machines that came late or came wrong. The business was set up around the two things that had gone missing: a fleet that is actually available, and a straight answer about what it will cost.
Today the fleet covers excavators from 20 to 45 tonnes, D8 and D11 dozers, wheel loaders, vibratory rollers and HOWO tippers, moved on our own lowbeds. Work runs across Rwanda and, with the paperwork handled in advance, across East African borders.

Every machine comes with someone who has run that model on this kind of ground. You are hiring output, not a key.
Serviced on our schedule
Filters, greasing and inspections happen on a calendar we keep, not when something breaks. A replacement unit is part of the plan.
Priced in writing
Daily, weekly and monthly rates set out before the machine leaves the yard. Fuel, delivery and operator terms stated, not implied.
Papers before wheels
For any border crossing, customs entries, bonds and permits are prepared first. The truck leaves when the file is complete.
